Twofer Card Challenge #26 ~ Rain/Umbrella

Hello and Welcome!

We are thinking of everyone who is isolating or ill because of the pandemic. We are fortunate to have our crafting community to distract us and make us feel like we are making a difference just by sharing or sending little works of art to spread love and cheer. We hope our challenge will inspire you to play along.
This month our challenge prompt is:
This means the common stamp, die, or stencil you use on your two cards can feature rain/raindrops, umbrella(s), or both. Judging by the amazing inspiration below, this is going to be a very creative gallery, so please make sure you identify in your post what stamp, die, or stencil is common on both your different designs!

  • Feel free to interpret the prompt however it inspires you to make two different design layouts (don't put the prompt in the same place on both cards), for two different occasions.
  • Please remember that you must use the same stamp (as opposed to the same set of stamps) and you may use digis for any elements of your Twofer designs, except the prompt element.
  • You're welcome to make two conventional designs or a combination of one conventional and one unconventional design.

PLEASE take a few minutes to review the Rules and Definitions/ Examples tabs above
.

We appreciate your enthusiasm and support and want to see you stretch your stamps, stencils, dies, and design skills!

  6. Wow... the DT's have hit this challenge out of the park for creative use of raindrops and umbrellas. So fun! I don't know if I'll be able to play along this month as I have neither stamps or dies that fit the theme. That said, I am going to do some digging and see if the DTs creativity can inspire me to think outside of the box, too. I might just be able to build an umbrella from something in my huge stash of stamps and growing stash of dies.

  9. Lovely challenges. The first one where I dare to join you. I didn't take one picture of the two cards, but two pictures, so you have to visit my blog to see the other one, my apologies... I will remember the next time....
