Twofer Card Challenge #25 ~ Sping Animals

Hello and Welcome!
Thank you for your amazing entries last month! We did have entries where the card designs were the same or very similar, so in order to be eligible to win, PLEASE take a few minutes to review the Rules and Definitions/ Examples tabs above. We appreciate your enthusiasm and support and want to see you stretch your stamps, stencils, dies, and design skills!

This month our challenge prompt is:
There are many animal species who have babies in the spring, so
you have a lot of leeway and you needn't just use Easter critter babies!
Not to mention, there are animals out there who "spring!"
  • Feel free to interpret the prompt however it inspires you to make two different design layouts (don't put the prompt in the same place on both cards), for two different occasions.
  • Please remember that you must use the same stamp (as opposed to the same set of stamps) and you may use digis for any elements of your Twofer designs, except the prompt element.
  • You're welcome to make two conventional designs or a combination of one conventional and one unconventional design.

  6. Thanks for clarifying, I was a little stumped about the theme – spring animals??? My first thought was like they get slaughtered and don’t make it to the summer? I can also think of animals that can spring - like some spiders or frogs? Hmmmm, so many possibilities....I guess I should go to my craft room....

  7. Well, I am not sure my cards will qualify but perhaps with the explanation I gave for using them they might end up being considered. I do love your cards and all of the guest designers too. Everyone has done such fantastic work.

  12. I hope blue tits count as animals, was relieved to see that some of the DT have used chicks so that probably means they do. There's a pair starting to move into our nesting box right now, it's lovely to watch them. By the time the babies arrive the tree will be covered in leaves and we won't be able to see them
