Twofer Card Challenge #8

Hello and Welcome!

THANK YOU for your amazing entries in last month's challenge! We appreciate your enthusiasm and support and love to see how you interpret the prompt and stretch your stamps and dies! This month our challenge prompt is:
Feel free to interpret the prompt however it inspires you, but remember to use the same geometric stamp or die on both your cards for two different occasions! Here's a chart with some shapes to get your creativity stirring:
Remember, too, that we will have a "conventional" challenge winner from those who use their geometric stamp or die traditionally and, if suitable, we will also have an "unconventional" winner from those who use their geometric stamp or die as something nontraditional!

Guest Designers

This month we are delighted to have both a conventional winner and an unconventional winner from our June challenge as our Guest Designers!

Please welcome our conventional winner Cheryl of Paper Panacea and her beautiful Twofer card designs:
Thank you, Cheryl!

Please welcome our unconventional winner Brenda of Inkspired to Stamp and her two beautiful Twofer designs:
Thank you, Brenda!

  1. WOO HOO!! Awesome challenge and amazing inspiration from all of you fab ladies!!
Ok, the wheels in my head are starting to turn, let's see what I can come up with to share with you.
Thank you for the Twofer Challenge #8!!!!!

  2. A fun prompt and wonderful inspiration from Cheryl, Brenda and the DT. I have several NBUS items in my stash that would work great for this challenge. Woot!
    Marianne x

  3. Fabulous inspiration from the DT!

  4. This looks very challenging indeed. I don’t know if I have something that will work. I will see if I can work up something next week if possible.

  5. Love all the innovative ideas using all sorts of shapes from your GD's Cheryl and Brenda and the rest of the team. Will be thinking about it and hope to actually get to do it his time. x

  6. Just love all these fun geometric shapes - well done, everyone!! Can't wait to play along!! Congrats to Cheryl and Brenda on being Guest Designers too!!

  7. Note to Cindy D: I can see from Inlinkz that you are on Splitcoast, but the permalink you entered only opens to a photo of your cards and does not take me to Splitcoast. I did a search for you there, with no luck. Please relink your cards, if you can, or contact me using the form on the side bar with a link to your Splitcoast gallery. Thank you and thank you for playing! Darnell

  8. Great theme for the challenge and fabulous inspiration from the team, Brenda and Cheryl....Thank you x

  9. Ohhhhh, this is a fun one! I have so many ideas... The hard part is going to be choosing which one to run with.
Fantabulous inspiration from the DT and from the guests too. x

  10. So I managed to decide, and have linked the result. Love this challenge! x

  11. Does it have to be a stamp or die, or can we also use a stencil? Please say yes :)

    1. Sorry, Cornelia, you can't use a stencil as your prompt element, but you can use a stencil as a secondary element. It's in the FAQ tab. (The reason is there are something like 65 different ways to use a stencil ~ way more than a stamp or die ~ and we wanted this challenge to be more challenging than that.) :)

  12. Please delete #46 - my cell phone would not upload an image :( -- I re-did it. Thanks much ♥
