That's right! You get to choose what stamp, stencil, or die you want to use as the focus pocus of your two different designs for two different occasions!
The easiest way to make sure you are creating two different designs is by moving your prompt image and your sediment to different areas on your second card. That way the layout will not look identical or very similar to your first card. For examples and rules, please check the tabs at the top.
To inspire you, I have made an additional pair of Twofer designs. I chose fruit as my prompt:
