Hello!
It's time to announce our Winner and Honorable Mentions for Twofer Card Challenge #2 ~ Hearts! Once again we were BLOWN AWAY by your enthusiasm and participation and by your sensational card designs! Thank you so much!
Pia created two unique designs to showcase her heart die. Embossing it on her baby boy card makes it look like a pillow behind the adorable blue stuffy and the plaid heart, plaid matting, and stitching are all great additional elements. For Pia's second stylish and feminine Mother's Day card, she draws your eye to marvel at how she stamped her fancy lady and beautifully colored flower spray partially on the heart and partially on the card!
Well done, Pia! Here is the winner's badge to proudly display on your blog!

Charlotte #56 - The Joyful Soul Creates
Cornelia #90 - Stempel Spass
Charlotte #56 - The Joyful Soul Creates
Charlotte created two beautiful and different CAS designs. She used a heart die to make a flower aperture for her birthday card and using ombre rose tones, she expertly blended her background flower and sentiment. For her Valentine, Charlotte softly sponged the leftover die-cut hearts in a pearly pink. She arranged them in a row on top of three scored lines which add another interesting design element to her card.
Isabelle #76 - Izzy Scrap
Izzy featured a gorgeous heart stamp with a floral flourish. On her Mother's Day card, she arranged the die cut hearts to form a pretty flower which she colored in sweet pinks and greens. For her thank you card, Izzy white-heat embossed the sentiment and the heart onto kraft before coloring the heart in rich berry colors. Using the camouflaged technique, Izzy die-cut the word thanks across the heart and popped it back into the opening using three layers to add lots of dimension.
Cornelia's inventiveness started when she used a heart die to make a stamp out of fun foam! With that stamp she inked a gorgeous bokeh of hearts using generational stamping in vibrant colors for her love card, capping it off with a bold sentiment perfectly suited for the colorful hearts. For her second card, Cornelia used her homemade heart stamp in an unexpected way to create a school of fish in monochrome blues for a birthday card! She hand-drew gills and fins on the fish and added googly eyes. To finish her fun ocean scene, she added bubbles, waves, and a punny sentiment.
Anja #84 - Scrappie Too
Anja created two fun designs to make the recipients smile. Using a heart die, she cut an aperture in a white panel and popped it up on the card base using a texted pattern paper as the background to add interest and pretty pink color to her Valentine. The aperture center is punctuated with whimsical text and heart embellishments. Using the same die for her encouragement card, Anja created her gorgeous sky and sponged her sun and sun rays overlooking the cute sunbathing penguin beach scene.
Bonnie #88 - Stamping With Klass
Bonnie's two different CAS designs both use hearts in unexpected ways! On her thinking of you card with a colored card base, she stamped a heart as a butterfly visiting the pretty flowers she scattered on a pierced and matted panel, set atop a series of scored lines for extra interest. For her anniversary card, Bonnie uses the same heart stamp to create two graceful tulip-like flowers. The curved sentiment, splatters, simple mat, and embossed frame add the perfect extra touches to her stylish design.
Congratulations to all of you talented ladies!
